Guided Bike Tours

We offer guided bike tours on Lanzarote all year round. In small groups, you’ll explore the island with professional guides and find the right tour for your skill level.

During the off-season, from May through October, we offer only guided e-road, e-city, and e-mountain bike tours.

If you're a larger group or would like to go on other days, we also offer private tours. Just send us a request at info@lanzarotebike.com.

Guided E-Mountain Bike Tour

Discover Lanzarote on a guided e-MTB tour through impressive volcanic landscapes, charming villages, and along spectacular coastlines. You’ll ride in a small group with a professional guide and with just the right amount of electric assistance for you. This keeps the tour challenging yet enjoyable. E-MTB, helmet, water, and sports drinks are included.

Guided E-City Bike Tour

A leisurely coastal ride from Puerto Calero to Arrecife. Discover Lanzarote by bike and enjoy a relaxing ride along the coast.

We start at Lanzarote Bike in Puerto Calero and ride through Puerto del Carmen and Matagorda toward Arrecife. The route is mostly flat along the Atlantic Ocean and offers impressive views at every turn.

A special highlight is the drive right past Lanzarote Airport, where planes fly just a few meters above you as they come in to land.

In Arrecife, we arrive at the Charco de San Ginés. There, we take a break at a Canarian café and enjoy the atmosphere of the old harbor.

After that, we head back along the coast to Puerto Calero.

If you prefer a smooth ride on the road, want to experience Lanzarote at speed, and are looking for a challenging yet well-supported ride, the E-Road Tour is the right choice. Both tours are easily accessible thanks to electric assistance, but require a basic level of fitness and confident cycling skills.

  • No, you don’t need any special e-bike experience. Before you set off, you’ll receive a brief introduction to your bike, the assistance levels, and how it handles. For the e-MTB tour on Lanzarote, some experience riding on loose terrain is helpful. For the e-road tour, you should feel comfortable riding on the road for extended periods.

  • Yes, the rental fee for the bike is included in the tour price. For the E-MTB tour, you’ll be provided with a suitable e-mountain bike, and for the E-Road tour, a suitable e-road bike. This means you don’t have to bring your own bike to Lanzarote and can start right away once you arrive.

  • When you book, please provide your height. We’ll use this information to determine the right frame size for your e-MTB or e-road bike. This ensures that your bike is suitable for the tour and fits your height.
