The quickest way to book online is via our calendar. In the high season we recommend 1-2 months in advance. Short-term bookings are possible depending on availability.

Yes. We’ll refund the full amount up to 14 days before the rental begins. If you cancel later than that or fail to show up for the rental, the full rental price is due. In cases of force majeure, you can reschedule to a later date at no charge.

No, we don't require a security deposit. You pay the full rent when you make your reservation.

Pickup and return are available during our business hours. High season (Oct. 16–Apr. 30): daily from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Low season (May 1–Oct. 15): Monday–Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The rental period begins upon pickup and ends upon return in Puerto Calero. If these times don’t match your arrival schedule, please contact us or book delivery to your accommodations.

Yes, just book the bike delivery under " Extras." It costs €30 for distances up to 10 km, €50 for 10–25 km, and €70 for distances of 25 km or more. During the off-season, we deliver Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. For deliveries within 24 hours, please contact us before booking.

To select the right frame size for your bike, you can find our size chart here. You can also enter your height (or preferred inside leg length) in the checkout - we will then select the right size and adjust the bike when you pick it up.

Every bike comes equipped with flat pedals, a bottle cage, and a puncture repair kit (tire levers, spare tube, mini-tool, and pump). You can help yourself to water and sports drinks for free at our shop. You can add clipless pedals (Shimano SPD, SPD-SL, Look Keo) under “Extras.” In Spain, helmets are required outside of built-up areas. We’ll lend you a helmet for free, but supplies are limited, so please be sure to reserve one when you book. If you use the spare tube, we’ll charge €5.

In the event of a breakdown, you can reach our emergency contact at any time, and we’ll take care of it right away. Our optional coverage includes damage from accidents, including a replacement bike after a crash. Theft, loss, and frame breakage are not covered. The deductible is €250. You can add this coverage under “Extras.”

In our bike storage room—free for rental guests. Guests at the Hotel Costa Calero are not permitted to store bicycles in their rooms. You can also store your own bike with us for €4 per day.

Gravel bikes cannot be hired from us as they are not suitable for the island's trails. If you are interested in an off-road ride, you should opt for an MTB, which is ideal for this.
