 Frequently asked questions

  • The quickest way to book online is via our calendar. In the high season we recommend 1-2 months in advance. Short-term bookings are possible depending on availability.

  • Yes, hotel delivery and collection are possible on request. The fees vary between €30 and €50 depending on the distance. If you are interested, please send us an email to support@paceheads.de.

  • To select the right frame size for your bike, you can find our size chart here. You can also enter your height (or preferred inside leg length) in the checkout - we will then select the right size and adjust the bike when you pick it up.

  • In addition to the bike—for the duration of your ride—you’ll have access to our water dispenser and cold drinks, so you’ll always have plenty to drink.

    The bikes come standard with bottle cages and a puncture repair kit (tire levers, inner tube, mini tool, and pump). Flat pedals and helmets are available in limited quantities.

  • Our optional insurance covers accidental damage, incl. crash replacement wheel; theft/loss are excluded. Deductible 250 €.

  • Gravel bikes cannot be hired from us as they are not suitable for the island's trails. If you are interested in an off-road ride, you should opt for an MTB, which is ideal for this.
