4. transfer of data within the group of companies

Paceheads Spain SL is a subsidiary of Paceheads GmbH, Hamburg, Germany. Personal data may be passed on to Paceheads GmbH as part of the booking process and customer service.

  • Provision and management of shared IT and booking systems,

  • Processing of payments and accounting,

  • Customer service and support,

  • Sending information and offers.

The processing by Paceheads GmbH is carried out either as order processing (Art. 28 GDPR) or, if you have consented, on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent).

The parent company will only use the data for its own purposes (e.g. marketing) if you have given us your express consent to do so.
